The Ennovation Center provides a turnkey facility for wet and dry lab needs along with general office space in an environment that fosters collaboration and sharing. Phase 1 of the labs consists of 20,000 square feet which include 8 lab spaces ranging in size from 600 square feet to 1,400 s.f. which are available for monthly lease. Office space is designed within each lab but additional office space is available on the same level as the lab spaces. Also available is a shared conference room, break area, locker room and restroom facilities.
