BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY INCUBATOR
Purpose: The purpose of the Ennovation Center’s Incubator Program is to assist new, expanding, or fledgling small
businesses by providing affordable space, shared administrative/office services and equipment, along with management assistance services, thus helping businesses succeed, creating new jobs and bringing new dollars into the area economy.Affordable/Flexible Space
Clients in the business incubator have the option of starting out in a shared cubicle space or private office and then growing into additional space as their business expands. Office leases are on a month-to-month basis and all clients receive business development services from the incubator. We can provide you with a dedicated phone line and fax, mailing services with dedicated postal box, high speed internet access as well as shared equipment such as high speed color copiers. Administrative support services can be provided for an additional fee.
The Ennovation Center also offers multiple meeting room spaces for use by our clients. Those spaces are available for use by office clients on a first come-first served basis. Audio visual equipment for presentations is also available.
Clients have access to a parking garage with fully covered access to the building. The Ennovation Center is fully secured with 24/7 key card access. There are no taxes, insurance or utility bills.
Pric
ing ranges from $10 per day for short term use of a cubicle (Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or $150 per month for a dedicated cubicle. Offices range in size and cost between $250.00 and $350.00 per month and include phone and internet service.
