Our Prices

Room Rental 

Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5pm): $25/hour

Monday - Thursday (5pm -11pm): $45/hour 

Friday (5pm - 11pm): $55/hour with a deposit of $100 required 

Saturday and Sunday (7:30am - 11pm): $70/hour with a deposit of $200 required

Security

Security is required for all events after 5pm as well as all events on the weekends. This cost is $30/hour.

Event Manager

An Event Manager is required for all events after 5pm the rate for this is $25/hour.

Janitorial and Kitchen Services

Janitorial Services are required for all events - 3 hours minimum the rate for these services is $30/hour with an additional fee for any events occurring after 5pm.

Kitchen usage is for caterers only and the rate is $15/hour.
